The location is very convenient, being close to a basilica and a cathedral, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay.

The rooms are really clean and it seemed like they were quite recentrly renovated (especially the bathroom). The location is also very conveniant, close to Termini station which is the central point for all arriving or departing by bus, train or bus shuttle to the airport. The city center is also within easy reach by foot.
Air conditioning costs extra 10 eur, which makes the total price for the room a bit too high for what youj get. We did not take the air conditioning, and it was possible to survive without that (in the night the room cooled down due to fresh air through the window and in the morning it was quite ok), but still it is not very comfortable without the ac. The breakfast menu is quite limited, only cornflakes, bread and jam.

The location of the hotel was convenient, right next to a public square. I truly enjoyed having central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television in the room. - the breakfast was delicious, with croissants and jam, paying attention to little details.

Location good,
Very rough staff especially one of the staff after 8 pm. A c never worked, we asked for it we were told to pay 10 euros per day we acepted it as it was very hot, 36c at the time. But to our wonder the ac never came long, we reported it on the first day itself aand they promised to look in to it.but the next day and the following day the same situation continued. When it was brought in to their notice they would;nt acept it, still insisted that it was working,we trried in vain to make them understand that it was not the ac but only hot air was being blown out through the fan near to the window but still they would'nt budge and talked very harsh. At last we ended up paying 30 euros extra for the hot air and the ac that never worked. Iam sure they very well knew that it was'nt working and they are just milking the customers and exploiting us by passing the buck from one person to the other. Very disappointing and disheartening experince during our wonderful holidays and it still remains as a very bad experince. We feel we were really cheated. Come on guys please check your a/c ....repair it don't cheat customers.

We have good internet connection and easy to find halal food. The halal food just opposite the hotel and the hotel location are really in walking distance with termini. And for once, the hotel receptionist (the young fellow) are fluent in english. So communicating are easy and less hassle.
You need to pay extra 10 euro for getting the air conditioning to work

Excellent location and a fairly big room. Breakfast was ample and reception was good.
Air conditioning cost extra, the walls and ceiling had huge cracks and the bathroom stank like smoke for the whole time - it came in via the bathroom fan.

guest room with free refills on top of a sufficient variety of choice by italian standard of breakfast. convenient and the best location short walk to coliseum, termini station and santa maria maggiore, bakery on the corner, and train station and a lot of restaurants in a safe area. plus, walking distance to a medieval church.

Location between railway station and Ancient Rome. Marble staircase, atmosphere and nearby restaurants.
The shower was tiny, and I am not overweight.

Location..near train station..5 Min..allowed us to hold luggage on last day.. Extra for a/c but worth it.. Internet was sporadic depending on where we sat in room or hallway....laundromat across the street..small grocery store 1/2 block.. Large grocery approx 3 blocks.. It is a well used hotel for tours and such... It worked.. For what we needed..
General comment about Italian hotels..Personal opinion..Price and # of stars equivalency is different in Italy comparatively to other countries..3 Star in Italy seems more like a 2 star in another country.. Beware the room tax in Rome (noted in Frommer's guide).. Wanted in cash not on credit card..
